Investors lack the necessary negotiating power when negotiating deals with banks and counterparts because they lack access to real-time information about already-made commitments.
Armed with research findings, our UX team quickly created a design prototype of a concept solution, which was then used as a starting point for discussions with stakeholders, highlighting dependencies and risks, and deciding on technical solutions. After a few prototype-refining sessions, we had a good idea of how the solution should look and what tools and functionalities should be developed first and form a pilot.
We use rapid design prototypes to identify unmet needs and problems, as well as to flush out additional requirements.
